Margaret Hicks (Chair of Directors)
18 years residence in the Middle East followed by election as Councillor for Hersham in 1989; now longest serving Surrey Councillor. Pursued keen interest in welfare of all ages through education, Social Services and Surrey Police Authority. Treasurer for two guides groups and Esher Wives Fellowship.
Leonard J. H. Beighton (Treasurer)
He spent 37 years in the Inland Revenue, ending as Deputy Chairman of the Board. Since then he has devoted himself very largely to a wide variety of work, across the non-profit sector, in his church and community, nationally and to a lesser extent internationally. Among other roles, he was a specialist adviser to the House of Lords Committee on the Finance Bill, and is a consultant on tax and benefits to CARE (Christian Action, Research and Education) and a member of the Low Income Tax Reform Group.
Raymond H. Coe (Retired- Interim Chair of Directors)
Chartered engineer (retired), career spent mainly on design and construction of water, wastewater and irrigation schemes in the UK and overseas, for 3 years member of Council of the ICE, mentor for graduates.
David Hinton (Retired- Trustee Director)
Chartered accountant (retired), CEO and Finance Director for housing associations. Senior Representative for major life assurance society. Wide experience in voluntary sector including mediation, mentoring young people, Victim Support and Elmbridge Rentstart.
Dr Nabil Mustapha (Trustee Director)
Consultant Surgeon and Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine (retired). Expertise in Research & Development (Medicine and Medical equipment, especially prosthetics).
Freda Stephenson (Trustee Director)
Worked as a social worker in Local Authorities for many years, focusing on Adults with Learning Disabilities. For the past two years, she has been a social worker at a local charity.
